Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

Returns

You are entitled to return any items purchased from SicSock.com within 30 days of receiving them.
Items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. To make a return, simply fill out the return form (so we know it’s from you) included with your order and pop it into the original packaging along with the unwanted item.

You will be notified via email once we process your return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach your account, and will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently. We advise that you return the incorrect item as above and place a new order for the correct item separately.

Faulty items

If it’s our bad, we’re really sorry. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please follow the returns process above, making sure to select the applicable ‘reason for return’ option on the return form. We are happy to cover the shipping costs in these circumstances. Please hold onto your postal receipt and get in touch via phone or contact form so we can refund the cost to you.
SicSock reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel an existing order without notice or providing a reason.

Cancellation

European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on SicSock.com for a full refund within 14 days. To cancel under this act, please fill out our model cancellation form here and follow its instructions.

This is subject to the following exceptions:
• Goods that have been worn, used or damaged after receipt.
• Goods that were received outside the 14 day period.

Payment and VAT

Payment for products and delivery services can be made in EUR or the local currency that is offered to the country to which your order is being delivered. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT. The total price you pay for products and/or delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish VAT is chargeable on the sale.

Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include VAT at the appropriate rate for the country of delivery.

Promotional/Discount Codes

Promotional and discount codes may be offered from time to time to account holders. These codes may only be used on purchases made through the account which the code was offered. Additional conditions may apply to promotional and discount codes.

Delivery and Shipping Charges

We are working hard to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible, but we’re experiencing some postal delays due to COVID-19 so please bear with us.
Orders within the Republic of Ireland are shipped via express tracked delivery at a rate of €3.95.
For estimated international shipping rates, check out the table below. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Please note that final rates are calculated based on weight.

If you are shipping to an address outside of the EU, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (if applicable) in your country. We recommend that you ask local authorities about these duties and clearance fees in advance.

Acceptance of Your Order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing said or done by us is an acceptance of an order until we dispatch the goods to you.
At any time before the Goods are dispatched, we may decline to supply the Goods to you without giving any reason. If, by mistake, we have under-priced Goods, we will not be liable to supply those Goods to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.
If we do not have all of the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives. If this happens you may accept the alternatives we offer or cancel all or part of your order.
